Teaching 2nd grade

So, I'm teaching now :)
It's a long term subbing assignment (through the end of the school year) at a dual language charter school.
I teach 2nd grade, half day in Spanish. It's wonderful.
One of today's highlights:
-L asks me if she could read the dictionary during silent reading time.
I say, "sure."
She responds, "does it have the country that sounds like 'throw-up' in it?" [Europe]
